Refund policy
Shipping & Handling Notice:
Please note that air bubbles may occasionally appear in the snow globe cup during shipping. This is a normal part of the process and not a defect. Shaking the cup to release any trapped air is perfectly fine and does not affect the functionality of the product.
Custom Orders & Cancellations:
As all of our products are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Please include photos of any damage or discrepancies to assist in the evaluation process.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used, including makeup products, roll-on perfume, bath bombs, soap, and jewelry. Additionally, custom-made items (including those with personalization), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.) are also non-returnable. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us before placing an order.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return (only for items that are defective or incorrect), your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email kclawsbeauty@gmail.com. Returns that have not been pre-approved will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kclawsbeauty@gmail.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, and without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email kclawsbeauty@gmail.com to request a return.
