Order Processing & Shipping Times
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. However, it's important to understand the difference between processing time and transit time:

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it gets shipped. This includes picking, packing, and labeling your items. Processing times usually range from 1 to 3 business days (it could be longer depending on the product, or if it's a custom order).

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.) to deliver the package after we ship it. Transit times depend on your location and the shipping method you selected (standard, expedited, etc.).

For example, if your order takes 1 day to process and the shipping provider's transit time is 3 days, the total time for you to receive your order would be 4 business days (1 day for processing + 3 days for transit).

Once your order is placed, you’ll see estimated shipping dates and delivery times based on the shipping provider and your location. These estimates are provided during checkout and on the shipping quotes page. Please keep in mind that actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and any unforeseen circumstances.
